This switch from the DS-3E1510P-EI/M (B) series integrates eight RJ45 Gigabit ports with PoE support and two Gigabit SFP fiber optic interfaces. Designed for environments that require power over Ethernet, it complies with IEEE 802.3af/at standards, allowing a maximum power of 30 W per port and a total budget of 110 W. Its architecture enables transmission distances of up to 300 meters in Extended mode, facilitating the installation of IP devices in remote locations.

The device features a fanless metal housing, which promotes silent operation and greater durability in dusty environments. It offers management features such as support for 4,094 VLANs, STP and RSTP protocols, and storm control. It incorporates Quality of Service (QoS) mechanisms with WRR and SP, as well as Port mirroring and speed limiting. Its performance is based on a 20 Gbps switching capacity and an 8K MAC address table, operating under a store-and-forward forwarding method.
