What data we process and for what purpose

To whom data is disclosed
Only as necessary to fulfill your order:
- Wholesale distributors who ship the product directly to your address and transport companies: name, delivery address and phone number.
- Payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal), which process payment data under their own safeguards; we do not view or store card data.
- Technical service providers who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement: web hosting and email sending (Brevo).
- Public authorities when required by law.
If you purchase through a marketplace (for example, Amazon), we receive from it the data necessary to ship your order.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases, they do so with GDPR safeguards (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You may access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability by writing to pedidos@elshop.es. If you believe we have not adequately addressed your request, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
The website operates only via encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
