General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms govern purchases on elshop.es, the store of Elbrinner Labs, S.L. (Tax ID B88925284, Calle Jazmín 51, 28033 Madrid (Spain)). By placing an order, you accept them; you can save or print them from this page.
1. Products and Prices
- All products are new unless the product page expressly states "refurbished".
- Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping to the mainland is included in the price; for the Balearic Islands and Portugal, the surcharge indicated in shipping before payment is added.
- We work with wholesale distributors: availability and lead time for each product are calculated based on their actual stock and are displayed on the product page and in the cart. If, after payment, a product turns out to be unavailable, we will notify you, and you can choose to wait, select another product, or receive a full refund.
2. How to Purchase
You select the products, the delivery address, and the payment method, and confirm the order with the payment button. The contract is perfected when you receive the order confirmation email. We store the order and the invoice, which you can view in your account. Contract language: Spanish.
3. Payment
Card (Visa, Mastercard, and others, also with Apple Pay or Google Pay) via Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer (the order is prepared once we receive the payment; if it has not arrived within 7 calendar days, we may cancel it). We do not store your card data: it is managed directly by the payment gateway. Cash on delivery is not available.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. Products are shipped from our distributor's warehouse, so an order with multiple products may arrive in multiple packages on different days. Lead times and surcharges are detailed in shipping and lead times.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to return it without providing any reason. The entire procedure, exceptions, and form are available in returns and withdrawal.
6. Warranty
- New products: 3 years of legal conformity warranty (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, in its current wording).
- Refurbished products: 1 year of legal warranty, as permitted by law for second-hand goods, unless the product page indicates otherwise.
- For a breakdown or defect, write to us at pedidos@elshop.es with your order number and a description or photo of the problem; we will tell you how to handle it (repair, replacement, or, if not possible, price reduction or refund).
7. Licenses and Digital Products
Software licenses are delivered by email. If you expressly agree to receive them before the withdrawal period expires, you lose that right once the key is delivered to you (Article 103 m of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).

9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Spanish legislation. If you are a consumer, the courts of your domicile have jurisdiction.
