- The delivery time starts from the confirmation of payment, counted in business days, for products marked as "in stock". Products marked as "made to order" display the estimated dispatch date on the product page.
- Products are shipped directly from our distributor's warehouse. If your order includes products from multiple warehouses, you will receive multiple packages, each with its own tracking number, at no additional cost.
- When a package is dispatched, we will send you the carrier details and the tracking number.
- Upon receiving the package, please check that the packaging is not damaged. If it is, please indicate this to the carrier and contact us at pedidos@elshop.es within 24 hours, providing photos.
