Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Time limit

You may withdraw from your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from the day you (or the person you designate) receive the product. For an order delivered in multiple packages, the period starts from the receipt of the last one.

How to do it

  1. Notify us before the period expires: via "My returns" in your account, or by email to pedidos@elshop.es stating your name, order number, and products. You may use the form below, although it is not mandatory.
  2. We will send you the return address (products are shipped from different warehouses) and the instructions.
  3. Send the product within a maximum of 14 days from the date you notified us of the withdrawal, complete (accessories, cables, manuals and any gifts included), in its original packaging and, wherever possible, with the security seals intact.
  4. Before sending it, unlink your accounts and remove any locks (iCloud, Google, unlock code or passwords) and erase your data.

Refund

  • We will refund everything paid, including the original shipping cost for the cheapest delivery option, within a maximum of 14 days from the date you notify us of the withdrawal, using the same payment method you used.
  • We may wait until we receive the product (or until you provide proof that you have sent it) before issuing the refund.
  • The cost of the return is borne by you, unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or is not the one ordered: in that case, we cover it.
  • You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. If the product is returned with signs of use, incomplete, with damaged packaging or with active account locks, we will deduct that diminished value from the refund.

Exceptions

  • Software licenses and digital content already delivered with your express consent (Article 103(m)).
  • Sealed software, video games, music, or video whose seal has been broken after delivery (Article 103(i)).
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (Article 103(e)): for example, toothbrushes and brush heads, oral irrigators, shavers, epilators and personal trimmers.
  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Defective or incorrect product

This is not a withdrawal: email us at pedidos@elshop.es with the order number and photos, and we will resolve it under the warranty, at no cost to you.
