This StarTech.com SFP+ transceiver module is designed to work with Cisco Meraki equipment, replacing the MA-SFP-10GB-SR model. It provides 10 Gbps Ethernet connectivity via multimode fiber optic, reaching a maximum transmission distance of 300 meters. Its 850nm wavelength enables high-speed links in networks compatible with the 10GBASE-SR standard.

The device features an LC connector and supports the DDM function for digital diagnostic monitoring. It allows hot-swapping, which facilitates installation and replacement without interrupting network service. Its compact dimensions of 13.9 mm wide, 12.6 mm high, and 54 mm deep, along with a weight of 0.018 kg, allow for integration into standard SFP+ ports. Power consumption remains below 1.2 watts during operation.
