Cortex Access+ is an adapted version of the Cortex Challenge game, designed to facilitate the participation of players with cognitive disorders. It maintains the original competitive mechanics, where participants complete challenges to win, but incorporates adjustments that allow everyone to share the game on equal terms. It is suitable for dynamic sessions of approximately 20 minutes, appropriate for both family and professional environments.
The cards are larger in size to improve handling and readability, while the challenges have been selected to suit a wide range of players. The rulebook includes two difficulty levels and provides scientific information on cognitive benefits. The game stimulates attention, memory, reasoning, and calculation skills, fostering the development of these key functions during play.
