This StarTech.com adapter allows you to transform a straight-through RJ45 Ethernet cable into a Cisco console rollover cable. Its main function is to facilitate the connection between a computer terminal and compatible network devices, such as routers, switches, or access points, eliminating the need to carry specific rollover cables.
