Flatiron is a strategy and resource management board game where players develop a construction company in New York. The goal is to complete the construction of the iconic Flatiron Building by accumulating more victory points than your opponent through building, fulfilling decrees, and maintaining reputation. The game unfolds by expanding a personal board with street cards, optimizing actions to advance the construction.

The title is designed for 1 or 2 players, with an approximate duration of 45 minutes and a recommended age of 12 and up. It includes a solo mode with specific cards that allows you to play without an opponent. Direct interaction between players and the influence of City Hall decrees add tactical depth, while the variety of cards offers high replayability in each game.
