Ziggurat is a cooperative board game that offers a narrative experience divided into six chapters. Players form a team to explore an abandoned ancient pyramid, facing challenges that change with each session. The legacy structure ensures that decisions made in one game directly influence future ones, progressively introducing new rules and components.

The design includes a three-dimensional board and sealed envelopes that are opened as the story progresses, revealing secrets and transforming the setting. Created by Matt Leacock, author of Pandemic Legacy, the game features a polished production designed to facilitate immersion in the genre. Its continuous evolution mechanic maintains tension and mystery throughout the entire campaign.
