Claim Reinforcements: Mercenaries is an expansion designed for two players that extends the base game Claim or Claim 2. This edition introduces new factions and cards that shift the balance of gameplay, allowing participants to recruit mercenaries and creatures to secure their dominance in a realm without permanent armies.

The contents include 18 Hero cards, 7 Elf cards, 7 Orc cards, 8 combined Elf/Orc cards, and 10 Cyclops cards. Additionally, 8 bonus cards that alter game progression and 2 summary cards for quick rule reference are included. Each faction features specific abilities that require adapting strategic decisions to achieve maximum influence.
