Noria is a strategy board game designed for players aged 12 and up. Participants manage resources, build factories, and expand their empire by exploring islands and purchasing ships. The core mechanic revolves around a gear-based action wheel, which forces players to plan their turns in advance and constantly adapt their strategy.

The game supports 2 to 4 players and has an estimated duration of 70 to 120 minutes per game. It includes components such as resource tokens, ship tokens, and factory tiles. Political interaction is carried out through representatives and influence, allowing players to invest in projects and ensure their success.
