TP-Link MC110CS 1000 Mbit/s Media Converter 1310 nm Black

The TP-Link MC110CS is a media converter designed to interconnect networks using single-mode fiber optic and copper cable. This device enables bidirectional conversion between the 100Base-FX and 100Base-TX standards, facilitating network extension beyond the limits of traditional cabling. It operates using a short-wavelength laser at 1310 nm and supports Half-Duplex and Full-Duplex transfer modes on the fiber port, adapting to various network topologies.

The unit features an SC-type fiber connector and achieves a maximum transmission distance of 20,000 meters. Its black housing measures 94.5 mm in width, 27 mm in height, and 73 mm in depth. It incorporates Auto MDI/MDI-X functions and duplex mode auto-negotiation on the TX port, in addition to status LEDs on the front panel for monitoring activity. It can operate as a standalone device or be integrated into 19-inch racks.
