This StarTech.com hub expands the connectivity of laptops or desktop computers via an integrated 30 cm host cable. It features four downstream USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports that achieve a transfer speed of 5000 Mbit/s, allowing multiple peripherals to be connected simultaneously from a single USB-A port on the device.

The device operates with bus power and offers a USB-C auxiliary input to connect an external adapter (not included) that supplies up to 15 W of additional power. Each downstream port delivers up to 7.5 W and features overcurrent protection.
