The MikroTik wAP ax LTE Kit is a wireless access point designed for outdoor environments, offering Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and access to LTE mobile networks. It integrates a dual-core 64-bit ARM processor running at 800 MHz, 256 MB of RAM, and 128 MB of NAND storage, running the RouterOS v7 operating system with a Level 4 license. Its white housing features IP66 certification, ensuring resistance to dust and water jets, allowing it to operate in temperatures ranging from -30 °C to 70 °C.
In terms of wireless performance, it achieves speeds of up to 574 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band and 1,200 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band via Wi-Fi 6. It supports LTE Category 7, with download speeds of up to 300 Mbps and upload speeds of 100 Mbps, in addition to 3G compatibility. It features two Gigabit Ethernet ports, a Micro SIM card slot, and internal antennas with gains of 6.9 dBi and 7 dBi. Power is supplied via PoE-In 802.3af/at or a DC connector from 12 to 57 V, with a maximum power consumption of 13 W and passive cooling.
