The Zyxel GS1900-10HP is a Layer 2 managed switch designed for environments that require network control and power over cable. It features 8 Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) ports with PoE support, allowing compatible devices to be connected via the IEEE 802.3at standard. Its switching capacity reaches 20 Gbit/s and it manages a MAC address table of 8,000 entries, facilitating traffic segmentation via VLAN and prioritization with QoS.

The device includes 2 SFP slots for fiber optic links and an RJ-45 console port for local administration. It complies with multiple IEEE standards, including 802.1D, 802.1p, 802.1s, 802.1w, 802.3ab, 802.3az and 802.3x.
