This StarTech.com adapter cable allows you to connect SATA drives to a USB-A port to access their data. It uses the USB 3.1 Gen 2 interface, achieving transfer rates of up to 10Gbps, which doubles the bandwidth of USB 3.0. It includes support for UASP, a protocol that improves performance in bulk transfers when used with compatible computers.

The design includes an integrated 0.085 m cable and an external universal power adapter, required for drives that need additional power. Its compact dimensions (14 mm wide, 15 mm high, and 85 mm deep) and weight of 0.057 kg make it easy to transport. The finish is black.
